Many clients I’ve spoken to desire the freedom from the chemical relaxers and straigtheners that they’ve been using for years and have become reliant on, but remain frustrated because they don’t know enough about natural alternatives to chemical treatments that will give them the same results and also don’t know anyone they trust who can provide them with the service. Women become very loyal to their stylist and find it difficult to trust many people with their hair, so I know that I’ll have to leverage my current customers loyalties and make a huge effort to inspire confidence in potential clients to convince them to move over to us.

We know that there is a growing market of women who are in search of a hair salon that uses organic and all-natural hair products that aren't tested on animals. Eco-conscious customers want to visit a salon that offers organic and natural hair retail products and accessories. They may also want a salon that serves healthy snacks such as hummus, herbal teas, 100 percent fruit juice, vegetable and fruit trays, granola, nuts etc to compliement it.
